Entity is a sizzlin' new group of young South Africans currently taking the Hip Hop scene in a head lock. Not only do they drop beats and sling rhymes, but at 16, these three are in the middle of preparing to enter their final year of studies at St. John's College in Houghton JHB. All three performers are dedicated to academic as well as musical success and this has played a major role in the guys of Entity becoming a real set of role models to much of their growing audience. However, we at The Punch headquarters are excited to know... they kick it strong with Rockford Fosgate. Entity even uses The Punch woofers and amplifiers to power some of their LIVE shows -- talk about Fanatics -- Entity is it! No wonder MTV and Channel O are all over Entity... check out this video for "First Gear" and keep your eyes open for their newest bit, getting the final Mad Skillz in the studio right now! All this is leading up to the Body-Drop of their new CD; "The Royal School of Hip-Hop".
Early listens of "The Royal School of Hip-Hop" by some Rockford Fosgate peeps that visited the studio is SA were VERY positive. According to those who know what makes The Punch pound... "THESE GUYS ARE THE NEXT 'IT'!"
